- Vino Mito
Vino Mito Wine Imports is a wine import and wholesale distribution business based in Sydney. Its focus is to best represent small scale Italian winegrowers, who works respecting nature and biodiversity, passionate about their region, growing mostly local indigenous varieties. Those make handcrafted living wine, using traditional winemaking processes, with low intervention in the cellar. The wines are great expression of place where are from and a solid link with old traditions and new flavours. Our goal is to transmit the same passion, commitment and believe to our costumers, promoting wellbeing in individual and community.



- Mattia Dicati

Mattia Dicati grown up in Piedmont. Mattia began his hospitality carrier working in the busy beach bar/restaurant Duna degli Orsi in the Riviera Romagnola. After his graduation at school, Mattia had the opportunity to take over a restaurant with is family (mum on the pans); he also worked very hard on his wine education graduating with AIS (Italian Sommmelier Association) and investing most of his time travelling to wine fairs and wineries. After more than 6 years working in the family restaurant, Mattia decided was time to challenge himself and move to London to study English and to obtain the complete the world recognised sommelier course WSET (Wine & Spirt Equalisation Trust). While studying, Mattia worked firstly at Zucca, an Italian fine dining restaurant and then at Terroirs Wine Bar and Restaurant, one of the top wine destinations in the UK, specialised in artisan natural wines. In 2013 Mattia moved to Australia where he worked at 10 William in Sydney, famous natural wine bar. During this time he also worked for harvest at Tom Shobbrook, a wine producer in Barossa Valley. After taking over the manager role at 10 William St he eventually opened his own wine import company called Vino Mito Wine Imports in 2019. In 2021 with business partners Giorgio De Maria (Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines) & Enrico Tomelleri (Ragazzi, Pellegrino 2000, 10 William, Casa) opened Paski Vineria Popolare in Darlinghurst where currently spend most of his time when is not around selling wines.
