We meet every week at Nobby's Beach, Newcastle to connect and sip some warm cacao before embarking on a Conscious breathwork journey 😤 by Brad (Master Breathwork Practitioner) which will help you connect deeper into your physical and emotional body. This will be followed by a soothing guided meditation journey all in an idyllic setting against the background of the beach and some gentle music.🎵

If you have time, after the breathwork and meditation, we take some time to connect with each other and maybe go for a quick swim. 🏊‍♂️

Suitable for beginners, people wanting to widen their practice or people just looking for some new connections. 🥰

We recommend you bring a towel, a cup (for cacao), a blanket to support your comfort, and anything else that may support your experience. 

This is a donation only event ($10 recommended for energy exchange) - We accept donations through cash, EFT and Paypal. 

This session starts at 6:30am but please come down early to settle in. The breathwork and meditation will finish by 7:30am.
