Join us for a friendly, all-abilities running session led by qualified coaches. Whether you're prepping for a longer distance or just want to get active, this is a great chance to boost your fitness, meet new people, and have some fun.

Interval-based training with hill efforts (suitable for all levels)
5–7 miles of varied running
Expert coaching in a fun, supportive atmosphere
