Perched on the plinth of the iconic Charles Grey Monument, our heated glass igloos give you front-row views over the twinkling market stalls, the sparkle of Grey Street, and the bustle of festive shoppers below.
Step inside your own cosy, luxury dome… warmly lit, beautifully dressed for Christmas, and perfectly sheltered from the winter chill. Whether you’re sipping prosecco, mulled wine, or rich hot chocolate, it’s the perfect spot to relax, laugh, and make memories.
While you’re here, you’ll also have access to The North Pole Festive Hütte, serving a full range of festive drinks to enjoy in your igloo – from signature cocktails and winter warmers to beers, wines, and soft drinks.
How it works:
Choose your date and time.
Reserve your igloo (from just £30 for the whole dome).
Gather your friends, family, or colleagues – each dome seats up to 12 people.
All ages are welcome during the day, making The North Pole igloos perfect for family gatherings, festive meet-ups, or a well-earned break during your Christmas shopping. Please note: after 8pm, the domes are strictly 18+.

All tickets are non-refundable. Please arrive at for your dome on the Metro side of the Monument promptly at your booking time, your time may not be feasible to extend if you are late, and a refund will not be offered. No external beverages are allowed to be brought on site. You may bring your own food but please take your rubbish with you when you exit the igloo and dispose of it.
