Join us every first Thursday of the month, from 7 pm to 8:15 pm.

Shakti Dance combines yoga with dance, using gentle flowing, rhythmic movements to harmonise mind, body, and soul.

Through gentle somatic yoga and rhythmic standing exercises inspired by the elements and chakras, we'll cleanse energy through the meridian pathways. Together, we'll come into complete presence, uniting the divine masculine and the playful creation of the divine feminine, Shiva / Shakti, in free dance.

This practice is suitable for EVERYONE and ANY ability.

I can’t wait to see you and collectively raise our Shiva / Shakti energy.
