After having three little ones of my own, I’m excited to bring my Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates classes to the area. These sessions are designed to gently rebuild core and pelvic-floor strength, ease tension, boost confidence, and create a calm, supportive space for you to bond with your baby and meet other local mums.
