The session uses the five-point NADA protocol — a simple, calming treatment that supports focus, rest and emotional balance.

Held in Greenhouse 1 at One Strawberry Lane, it’s a low-key way to step out of the rush and come back to yourself. £20 per session, with limited spaces available.
