We'll share our thoughts on how to create cultures of learning, development and growth within our north east VCSE sector, including• what the research tells us (drawing on the most recent Third Sector Trends study ‘employees, volunteers, diversity and investment in people’, 2022• how to effectively resource workforce development in charities and social enterprises• how to allocate resources across your workforce including trustees• how to align your workforce development plan with your organisational valuesWe’ll also explore how we can work together to create cultures of learning, development and growth within our north east VCSE sector. This matters to us and we've been working on it for over a decade. We have some big - and small! - ideas to share to help us all flourish in our social change roles in our region. Our network offers mutual support, enables collaboration and inspires social leaders. We offer a series of dynamic network events; whole day events, self-organised collaborative working groups; pathways into coaching; and independent social change events. It’s for leaders from the voluntary, charity, social enterprise, education, public and private sectors.
