Emma Twyford - Learning how to push outside the comfort zone

Emma Twyford is one of the UK's highest profile climbers, pushing the boundaries in bouldering, sport, trad and alpine climbing, and best known for her hard trad ascents.

Along with being the first British woman to climb 9a, Emma has recently become the first woman to climb E10 with an ascent of James McHaffie's Yma o Hyd (E10 7a). Emma is also one of the few female route setters in the UK and runs Creative Climbing to inspire more women to get into setting.

In this brilliant presentation Emma will talk us through recent events and provide some inspiration to us mere mortals!

Arrive at 7 to get a drink at the bar, ready for a 7.30 start.
