Runners are being given an out of this world opportunity to run and race under the darkest night skies in Europe. The 'Dark Skies Run' at Kielder Water & Forest Park, Northumberland, will take place over the weekend from Saturday 8th March through to Sunday9th March 2024.

Kielder was awarded gold tier Dark Sky Park status by the International Dark Skies association in December 2013, making it the perfect venue for the ultimate starlit running challenge.

The 26.6 mile event takes place on Saturday 8th March, and the 10K event takes place on Sunday 9th March 2024.  

All events come with a bespoke medal and a race memento.
