Creating Space - Gentle Flow with Rosie M

Join Rosie for a nourishing gentle flow yoga class, on Tuesday evening at 7pm.

This is a one off class to soothe, and support you in shifting tension and feeling into some space, for you.

You can use your class pass, or book a drop-in.

This will be a gentle class, with some standing movement and yoga flow incorporated.

We will bring yoga breathing practices in, throughout the class and it will end with a guided relaxation.

There will be no rush to leave after class, if you'd like to take some time for reflection and discussion until 9pm.
