🎉 Chopwell Woods Summer Trail Runs – Where it all began! 🎉

Where it all began for WILD DEER EVENTS in 2019! 🦌 We return to our home course, Chopwell Woods, for our annual Summer Trail Runs — and you’re all invited!

🌲Chopwell Woods
Chopwell Wood was the home of our very first event in 2019 and is also the perfect venue for our popular Christmas Trail Runs every December.

This Forestry England site is set within 360-hectares of mixed woodland and is a real gem, located next to Rowlands Gill, on the fringe of Gateshead.

🐕 Cani-Cross
This event is Canicross friendly 🐾 — one controlled dog per runner is allowed.

⏰ Start Times
🏃 5, 10 & 15 Miles – 5:00pm

⏱️ Timing
Live Chip Timing will be provided by Timing Up North.

🎖️ The Finish
All finishers receive:
🏅 Event Medal
🍔 A burger (or alternative)
🍺 A beer or soft drink

🅿️ Parking
Free on-site parking is available, but spaces are VERY limited. Please walk to the event or car share where possible.
