This cosy session helps children:

Learn simple strategies for managing big emotions
Build confidence in recognising what helps them feel safe and settled
Express feelings in a creative, comforting way
Enjoy a quiet moment of connection away from seasonal overwhelm

?Children will take part in grounding activities, a comforting Drawing & Talking–style space, a guided Christmas visualisation and enjoy a warm hot chocolate. They’ll also take home their own Comfort Plan to support them over the holidays.
