This course is designed for anyone who is looking to build their confidence, wether you are brand new to Yoga or simply haven't practised for a while. Throughout the 8 weeks we will dive into different aspects of Yoga, different Styles of Yoga and hopefully there will be something which inspires you to continue with your practise beyond the course. Yoga really is for every body - no matter what you are looking to get out of the practise. Theres a hundred different reasons you might feel drawn toward Yoga and a hundred different benefits to name but a few...

• To take some time to yourself

This course will run for 8 weeks and is £60 and you'll be given an additional class pass to join us for a class once you've completed the course*1

Should you miss a class during the course (we know its a particularly busy time of year) don’t worry. Join us for another class that suits you to make up for it.
