After that it’s a distraction from the deep dive into the experience of the music and dancing, connecting with others through movement.No street shoes please. Barefoot or dance trainers recommended Socks are too slippy but some with grippy pads are fine.Wear whatever you like, simply comfortable and/or fancy, it’s up to you. Layers are best as it can get pretty hot on the floor as the energy builds, then cooling again.Be yourself!
