Designed to guide you to release physical, mental and emotional tension and to support nervous system balancing creating a deeply transformative experience that will connect you deeply to the energy of LOVE,

Guided by Vicky within the power of community this is a space to AWAKEN life-force energy and the innate healing potential of your breath to open pathways of possibilities.

Please be aware that the practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork can be powerful and can bring emotions to the surface. Whilst I do create a safe and loving container it is also really important to check into see if it is right for you at this time and also commit to looking after yourself during the workshops and the days following. There is never any need to push further than feels right for you.

It is NOT recommended that you do Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have schizophrenia, bipolar, history of psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, glaucoma or detached retina, history of strokes or aneurysm, recent abdominal surgery and delicate pregnancy. An alternative heart breathing technique will be offered if this is the case which can still be extremely powerful.

Vicky is trained as a Breathwork Practitioner approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance with over 1000hrs accredited training.
