This is my favourite annual event designed to give you that last little piece 'you time' to recharge your batteries before the big day.

I will be guiding you through a seasonal yoga practice to help you cope with the stresses of Christmas and celebrate the Winter Solstice.

The workshop will have a restorative feel to it. I will be teaching you useful breathing practices that you can use throughout the festive period as well as poses to help calm your nervous system. We will be practicing a candle meditation and journalling so don’t forget to bring everything you need, including all your cushions, so that you are super comfy, and your blanket and eye pillow for the wonderful relaxation at the end of the practice.

Enjoy mince pies, cake, mulled wine, tea, and coffee afterwards.
