- **Event Description**: As many of you know, our guitarist Rob lost his beautiful wife Emma to the indiscriminate brutality of cancer in late November last year. 

Em came to nearly every SickNotes gig and was our no.1 fan, we loved her dearly and miss her so much. No gig will ever be the same without her.

The care that Em was given in her last week's at the Dougie Mac in Trentham was nothing short of remarkable and the staff were simply the kindest and most compassionate of people. It provided the calm and solice Em needed, when she needed it the most. 

In honour of our Em and to support the amazing work of the Dougie Mac, The SickNotes are performing a fundraising gig at The Jug, Newcastle on SATURDAY 9TH MAY.

Donation on the door from 7.30PM onwards (minimum donation of £5 cash), show starts approx 9.30PM.
