Jane & The Hurricanes

Blues and RnB band Jane and the Hurricanes are back following their great appearance at the Jazz & Blues Festival last year.

Expect nostalgic blues played with a modern edge, fused with contemporary blues-rock, upbeat rhythm and blues and their original songs added to the mix.

Their recently launched EP, aptly titled 'Heavy Rain', deals with highly emotive themes of betrayal, of walking away from a bad relationship, of longing and of wanting to feel carefree.

All delivered with a tight blend of masterly guitar riffs and admirable slide, gritty saxophone, a groove of exceptional versatile basslines and powerhouse drums, all backing a powerful blues-enriched and soulful female vocal.
