Gong workshop

This’ll special brand new Gong workshop will teach a small number of interested individuals about Gongs, how to play them, the history of them, vibrations and what they mean in their role in affecting the body, mind spirit and environment.
We’ll learn about modern approaches to going baths, about the way it all started, the new age views on it compared to traditional views.
and “how it's done" and then just let you feel the vibes and how to play yourself. will have feedback to the way you play and also about playing more than one gong at a time. And also about the importance of holding space and setting.
You will also have access to the professional equipment to test the vibrations of your own instruments if you wish.
You will receive a certificate at the end of class.
Cost pp £75 this includes access to the gong bath before the workshop 10.30-11.30
