In a world that feels overstimulating and fast, surrender can feel impossible.

This evening is an invitation to soften.

75 minutes of gentle breathwork, crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and self-Reiki, designed to soothe and support your nervous system, and guide you into deep rest.

Crystal sound baths work by helping shift the brain from busy beta waves into slower alpha and theta states — associated with calm, restoration and healing.

If you’ve been holding everything together… this is your permission to put it down.
