Join us for a joyful Flow & Fly Aerial Afternoon at The Embodied Dance Centre on Saturday 7th February, from 1pm–2.15pm.

This free, open-invitation afternoon is a chance for families, children, and teenagers to explore the magic of aerial movement in a relaxed and welcoming space. Come along and enjoy having a go at pole fitness, pole silks, and aerial hoop, guided by our supportive instructors.

We’re also excited to welcome guest instructors and friends travelling to Wales especially for this event. They’ll be demonstrating and sharing some extra-fun aerial equipment, including:

       - Doubles aerial hoop and family photo opportunities 
•	Lollipop – a spinning hoop attached to a small pole (very fun and magical!)
	•	Pole & strap demonstrations
	•	Opportunities to have a go, where appropriate, in a safe and supported way

There will be time to:
	•	Play and explore on the equipment
	•	Meet our instructors and guest teachers
	•	Ask questions about our kids, teens, and family classes
	•	View our new studio space opening in Cardigan this month

No experience needed — just curiosity, comfy clothes, and a sense of play.
Drop in anytime during the session and let your body lift, flow, and fly.
