5k Your Way March Meet Up

Teifi Marshes 5K Your Way is a free event for anyone living with or beyond cancer or affected by cancer (family, friends, those working in cancer care) to get together and walk, jog or run 5k, to support or just to chat over a cuppa.

We meet alongside Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve Parkrun on the last Saturday of every month. Join us in the car park at the Wildlife Centre. Cilgerran, from 8.45 and after parkrun in the Glasshouse Cafe for hot drinks, cake and chat!
