Yoga Mondays with Yogacell
A yoga class which flows through postures using breath and mindfulness. Focusing on different areas of the body each week working on building strength and flexibility. All welcome.
Yoga for all. Flowing Vinyasa, combining breath with movement to build a creative dynamic flow, building on strength and flexibility. Yin yoga, a slower paced, gentle practice, focussing on flexibility within the joints. Restorative, deep relaxation.
