This monthly Kripalu class is suitable for all levels, and will include both flowing sequences and posture holding.
After the session, you are invited to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
It's a privilege to be able to hold space for each person who has their own reason for finding themselves on the matt. This is why these classes are all donation-based! Pay as much or as little as you like, all proceeds will go directly to the Shanti Bee Centre for much-needed repairs on the roof.
