Calder Art, 34 Byram Arcade, Huddersfield, United Kingdom
In this workshop, Jeremy will explore wet-in-wet, wet-on-dry, and damp-on-dry watercolour techniques. This is a valuable step-by-step watercolour workshop for people of any ability. Colour-mixing and colour and tonal contrasts throughout the painting are given by this demonstration, as well as overcoming common mistakes and problem-solving in watercolour. With over thirty years of teaching experience, Jeremy is well qualified to help you learn and enjoy painting in a friendly, informal atmosphere. You'll come away with a new skill, new knowledge and a sense of pride with a wonderful piece of work.
Jeremy Ford studied Graphic Design at Southport College of Art, (1972-5) and Illustration at Harrow College of Art, London (1975-8) and has been a professional Artist and Illustrator since then, working on a wide variety of books, magazines, and greeting cards.
