Your Life is a Work of Art (YLWA) is a 2.5-day in-person workshop designed for seasoned women who are ready to claim their spark, embrace their lived experiences, and create a powerful vision for the years ahead.

Through a blend of creative exploration, body-centered reflection, and guided practices, you’ll discover new ways of seeing your life as a masterpiece in progress. Expect a rich mix of:

• Mandala Life Review – a creative process for mapping the patterns, turning points, and lessons of your journey so far.
• Body as Oracle – reconnecting with your body as a wise guide for navigating aging with vitality and compassion.
• Council of Elders – a guided inner dialogue to access ancestral wisdom and your own inner council.
• Concentric Circles of Support – clarifying your sources of strength and designing the community of allies you want around you.
• Closing Ritual – weaving together your insights into a personal declaration, celebrated with candlelight.

This experience is not about “reinvention” in the trendy sense. It’s about honoring the fullness of who you are, letting go of what no longer serves you, and saying yes to the possibilities waiting at this stage of life.
