Over the years, her path evolved and she became one of the most beloved resident and veterinary caregivers at a local animal hospital—bringing the same compassion, patience, and precision from the kitchen into her medical work for the past 20 years. ❤️🐾

But her passion for world flavors never left her. Amy has traveled across the globe, tasting, learning, and bringing home techniques from some of the most iconic dessert traditions.
