- **Event Description**: As we enter the New Year of the Fire Horse, we'll be working with the Elemental Spirits associated with the 4 directions, Fire, Water, Earth & Air. You'll get to choose whivh element to work with & then you'll create yourself an affirmation that will be programmed into your body & soul - ready to sow seeds & intentions for this new Year 1 cycle. ? Exciting! 

Drumming has been done for 1000's of years for ceremonial purposes but it is only just now becoming a popular group event. 

We gather every 3rd Thursday in the month at the St. John's parish room at the big church in Newbury, 7.30pm for 2 hours & we drum to connect with each other, with ourselves & also with the divine spirit/your higher self/Wakan Tanka (The great spirit). 

Drumming is therapeutically good for your body, mind & soul. It can reduce your blood pressure, calm anxiety & stress & become a really useful tool for a regular meditation practice.
