About this Event

Volcanic wines have been having a moment - for about a decade - but they do present some of the most interesting flavour profiles of any wines on the planet. From Etna, to Santorini, to the Canries, an explosive mix (sorry) of wines to turn up the heat (sorry again) hailing from some of the most extreme growing conditions on planet earth. Seriously delicious & utterly unique. And yes, we're gonna talk about soil...
