Chef Emily del Greco Campion and Chef Maggie Demko are on the edge of opening a new restaurant — one rooted in old world technique, Cleveland heritage, and the kind of cooking that doesn't chase trends because it doesn't need to. The Prologue is the dinner that comes first. A chance to sit at their table before the doors open, in the woods at Veterans Legacy Woods in Newbury, and taste what they've been building toward.

The menu draws from old world culinary traditions — the slow methods, the deep flavors, the recipes that survived because they were worth keeping. This is Cleveland food in the truest sense: shaped by the communities that settled here, carried across generations, and cooked with the intention of people who know exactly why it matters.

All courses are served family-style — dishes are passed and shared at the communal table.
