Rest and Restore

We invite you to join us for a healing sound bath with instructor Veronika. Appreciate the present moment with soothing sounds that will provide a grounding and relaxing afternoon.

This will be an indoor event, lasting approximately 1.5hrs. Please bring with you a yoga mat and warm, comfortable clothes.

The café will be open selling drinks and light refreshments.
Approximately 1.5hrs, please bring a yoga mat and warm, comfortable clothes. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event. Unfortunately, anyone who arrives after the scheduled start time will not be permitted due to the nature of this sound sensitive event.

PLEASE NOTE:This session is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitive conditions, pregnancy (1st trimester) and anyone with metal plates in the body. Veronika will email you a medical form to be completed before the workshop. If you purchase a ticket for someone else please ensure you forward Veronika's email to them to complete.
