Festive AromaYoga Workshop

A great and fun festive evening run by Rachel from Yoga Chronicles, always popular which is why we run 2!

Held at Treetops, a quiet and relaxing setting, found on the edge of Newbury, just 9 minutes from J13 of the M4.

A gentle hatha and yin yoga practice with some lovely relaxing poses. Rachel talks and introduces you to various festive essential oils and their benefits to you and your home.

The evening ends with some delicious festive nibbles and warm drinks.
