Twilight Walk To The Past

Actors, re-enactors will depict, through speech, dress and mannerisms, Sharecroppers, Travelers and Horse Traders. Family and neighbors will be conducting business and visiting in the Store. The farmhouse Front Porch was an active place to socialize, and hear two men talk about the “bank panic”, other timely events, politics, etc. In the Parents Room, the young, busy parents talk of family, business and their plans. In the Kitchen while visiting and preparing a meal, women enjoy a lively talk including how times are changing. There will be seven ’stops’ lasting approx. 5 min each, and each tour will last about 50 min. Please arrive 15 min before the start of your tour.

You must be 14 yrs or older to register.
This event will continue rain or shine, with no refunds.
