We’ll begin with an immersive sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, and other resonant instruments, followed by a guided meditation designed to deepen relaxation and spark creativity. Then, we’ll begin a simple yet intricate meditative drawing practice, where you’ll be invited to create your own unique mandala through gentle repetition and pattern. After framing your artwork to take home, we’ll celebrate our collective creativity. No artistic or meditative experience is needed—this workshop is calming, accessible, and welcoming to all. As an instructor at Newberry Arts Center, she leads engaging mindful art programs for all ages.
