Sister Mary Amnesia is back — and this time, she’s gone country!
In the original Nunsense, the wacky and lovable Sister Mary Amnesia finally regained her memory and discovered she was actually Sister Mary Paul, a nun who always dreamed of becoming a country singer. In Nunsense II, that dream came one step closer when Reverend Mother landed her a recording contract.
Now, in Nunsense Jamboree, Sister Amnesia’s dream is fully realized as she headlines her very own country-western show, touring to promote her debut album, I Could’ve Gone to Nashville.
This fast-paced, laugh-out-loud musical hoedown is classic Nunsense fun with a country twist, blending the spirit of Hee-Haw, Laugh-In, and the Grand Ole Opry. Audiences and critics alike love this hilarious, high-energy show packed with audience interaction and toe-tapping musical numbers, including:
