They met in the music program at Western Oregon University where they all earned their music degrees and decided to pursue a career as a touring band. They got their start playing at a local pub every Tuesday night, but have since moved on to playing clubs, theaters, and festival stages from northern Washington all the way down to sunny Arizona. The group has a 3-part mission: to make a modest living as a full-time band, to educate the next generation of "pickers" through lessons and workshops, and to do their part in preserving the Bluegrass tradition by building up the community surrounding it!
