- **Event Description**: Mark your calendars and join us on Saturday, May 2nd, for a day of fleece and fun as we join together as a community to support children who are experiencing homelessness. We will be gathering at Northwest Christian Church in Newberg from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to assemble no-sew fleece tie blankets. We encourage all volunteers to bring a pair of sewing scissors and, while snacks will be provided, lunch is not, so we invite you to bring a sack lunch as well if desired. All materials and instruction are provided. No experience needed. All are welcome!
