Featuring Native artisans and performers, and small bites prepared by the culinary students of Siletz Valley School.
Celebration of First Foods Dinner, 6-8:30 p.m.
Multi-course dinner showcasing the artistry and vibrant flavors of Indigenous cuisine prepared by three Native chefs with wine pairings crafted by Native winemakers.
Q&A, 8:30-9 p.m.
Led by guest speaker Elaine Chukan Brown, hear stories of inspiration and engage in conversations with the chefs.
