There will be time for socializing, CHI organizational updates, Q&A sessions, implementation and facilitation troubleshooting subgroups, and the opportunities to learn more about New Jersey and New York statewide initiatives. Lunch will be provided, if you have any dietary restrictions please include them in the event registration.CHI is committed to creating opportunities to support your practice and you have heard us say before that “wisdom comes from the group.” We sincerely value your participation and feedback during the Consortium to create a rich learning environment.
