Join us for a relaxing Gentle Flow Yoga class designed for teens and adults of all experience levels. This mindful practice focuses on improving core strength, balance, posture, and body alignment through slow, intentional movement and stretching. Leave feeling stronger, more centered, and refreshed while enjoying a peaceful sunset on the pool deck.

Three sessions available this summer; attend one or all three!

Cost: $15/member | $20/nonmember (includes early pool access for the day)

Dates: Tuesdays - 6/9, 7/7, and 8/11

Time: 6:45-7:45 PM

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. We will meet on the deck near the Turtle Shell.

Minimum of 3 attendees required.
