Weekly Mindfulness at Stray’s Coffee in Newark provides a warm, friendly and welcoming space where you can learn (and experience) some of the great benefits of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Each week there will be a short presentation on a typical Mindfulness theme related to the real world in which we live and the mental challenges we face. We will have periods of Mindfulness Meditation throughout the evening where you will learn how to train your brain day by day, week by week and experience some profound changes in your life.
And everything we teach is grounded in scientific research. We’ve done our studies and we want to share some of the fascinating findings with you. Uplifting and inspiring mindfulness meetings and courses to help you manage the many stresses and worries of today’s modern living.
