Participants will learn how archaeologists know these crops were cultivated, investigate the foods that could be made from them, and plant a few of their own seeds to take home and grow.

This program is geared toward students 5–12 years of age; younger students are welcome to attend but will not be able to participate in the activity without one-on-one aid from a parent or guardian.
