- **Event Description**: The Accounting Career Awareness program (ACAP®) is a program for high school students (freshmen through seniors) in which they are put in the NABA pipeline to help build future Black Business Leaders with focus on directing them to majoring in accounting, finance and its related business fields including entrepreneurship.

NABA’s program is ran in multiple cities across the country. This program includes a one-week residency at Rutgers University - Newark combined with year-round programming.

This program is of no cost to those students accepted into the program.

Program Dates: July 26th - July 31st 
 Application Due: May 22, 2026
