The conference is geared towards education decision makers; Headteachers, Principals, Executive Heads, Trust leaders, Directors of Education, SEND and pastoral leads - looking for practical ideas and credible approaches they can take back to their setting. 

Expect an interactive programme with high-value CPD, hands-on workshops and activity-based sessions led by YMCA Youth Coaches, focused on today’s priorities: wellbeing, engagement, attendance, behaviour and inclusion. 

The conference also welcomes guest speaker: Dr Maddi Popoola, who will be sharing her knowledge and perspective on what children and young people are telling us about school right now, and what this means for building emotionally safe, inclusive environments.
