What to expect:

• We’ll start with a calming & grounding 60 min yoga flow in the picturesque Penthouse at the Hotel on Rivington. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class will help release tension and restore balance in body and mind.
• We'll continue our journey toward complete relaxation with a soothing Sound Bath as we rest under Red Light Therapy Masks. The meditative Sound Bath offers a deep, restorative escape while Red Light boosts collagen & elastin, and energizes cellular repair.
• We'll conclude our morning with hot coffee, refreshments, and healthy snacks as we connect with like-minded members of our wellness community.
