About the event

(Writing) Depth Through Brevity
Enter the matrix of words to write original works from poetry based games that we will play.

About this Event

We will explore game oriented writing practices that will help us explore the importance of a line. How can the structure of games help us generate writing? How do we invite language we are not familiar with into our writing practice? Join us to enter the matrix of words to write original works from poetry based games that we will play. Explore the short form poetic works of nayyirah wayeed and Alexa Patrick as we explore how a finite line can open up infinite possibilities for our poetry.
