Cacao Ceremony We will begin with a Cacao Circle to open our hearts and create a sacred container for the evening. Cacao, a powerful plant medicine, helps us to soften, to open, and to connect with our emotions. As we sip the cacao together, we will set the intention for the evening, allowing ourselves to receive from a space of love, compassion, and deep inner wisdom.2. Breathwork Next, we will guide you through a breathwork practice to activate the flow of energy within your body. Breath is the life force that connects us to our spirit, and through conscious breathing, we will clear mental and emotional blockages, opening space for deeper connection and expression. 3. Primal Movement Following breathwork, we will move into a primal movement practice,inviting the body to awaken through non-linear, instinctual movements.
