- **Event Description**: Who cares for those who care? Join global leaders during UNGA to reimagine workforce wellbeing, care and the systems that sustain it.About this EventAs more responsibility for changemaking around the world falls to community-based frontline workers, supporting the well-being of this workforce is a global priority, and, essential to program infrastructure, scale and sustainability. This UNGA side event, years in the making as a movement has grown, and seeks to put workforce wellbeing firmly on the UNGA agenda, by making the case that supporting the people who deliver care, education, protection and community services is essential and neither optional nor a responsibility that should fall on individual workers alone. What to expect? This hybrid, interactive event will bring together evidence, frontline experience and examples of systemic change. We will explore workforce wellbeing needs and identify practical actions for funders, implementers and policymakers. Expect honest discussion, active participation, new connections—and a delicious breakfast.Who should attend?Funders, frontline workers, practitioners, policymakers and leaders across child and youth development, health, education, climate, technology and social protection are invited. This is a cross-sector conversation for anyone responsible for the people and systems on which lasting impact depends. The focus is not on helping individuals endure failing systems. It is on changing those systems so that the people doing essential work are properly supported.ConvenersConvened by Elevate Children Funders Group, SAPPIN(South African Parenting Programme Implementers Network), Grassroot Soccer and The Two Lilies Fund, with partners from across the globe. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events2/banners/fe29fe60-a760-11f1-b98f-cbeba3585b3a-rimg-w1200-h277-dc486848-gmir.png https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events8/banners/fe59e800-a760-11f1-b98f-cbeba3585b3a-rimg-w1200-h490-dc486848-gmir.png https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events6/banners/feb04560-a760-11f1-b98f-cbeba3585b3a-rimg-w1200-h411-dc486848-gmir.png https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/feea8f40-a760-11f1-b98f-cbeba3585b3a-rimg-w1200-h339-dcf8f8f8-gmir.jpg
