This class will cover sleep from approximately 12 months through 5 years, including the transition from two naps to one, changing sleep needs as toddlers grow, bedtime battles and boundary-setting, early waking, and the transition from a crib to a toddler bed.We’ll also talk about keeping sleep routines consistent through big changes, including travel, developmental milestones, and the back-to-school transition. You’ll leave with practical, age-appropriate strategies to help your toddler get the sleep they need while making bedtime a little easier for the whole family.This class is led by Sam Hirschel, a sleep consultant certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and founder of Go To Bed Sleepyhead.Plus, shop and enjoy a special pop-up from Magnetic Me before and after class!Magnetic Me brings ease, connection, and joy to families with magnetic clothing in feel-good fabrics.
